1)Order Receiving Consultants specializing in your industry listen to your requests for candidates. If you order our service, we conclude a contract.
2)Planning and Research Building a strategic recruiting plan based on the initial needs assessment, then start searching for candidates. We keep checking and correcting "Planning and Research" process with analyzing conditions on the research.
3)Candidate Contact Recruiting candidates during the research, and present the job description on your needs. Also collecting, assessing, and evaluating candidates' information with on-site/off-site interviews at the same time.
4)Presentation of Candidates Making a list for presentation of carefully screened candidates. Arranging interviews with candidates who get your consent after the presentation,
5)Decision and Offer Consultants negotiate conditions of employment on behalf of candidates.
6)Ongoing Relationship Supporting after successful placement.
