| Retain Search |
Our retainer search service, including sourcing candidates and negotiations, will be provided based on the retainer fee. This is the type of search service that is suitable for the key positions of your personnel policy. It is also possible to name a specific person who your company needs, so we could negotiate and assist him/her to make a move. |
| Semi-Retain Search |
Although guaranteeing almost same quality as Retain Search, it incurs retainer fees according to pre-set deliverables, which consultants commit to at the start of the search. |
| Contingency Search |
Our contingency search service will be provided based on the contingency fees, and a common type of service in Japan. Clients will be responsible for the payment at the time a candidate accepts a job offer. |
| Exclusive Contingency |
The contract which allows consultants to perform Contingency Search exclusively. It has both advantages of Retain Search and Contingency Search. |

 The most essential advantage of Retain Search is an exclusive relationship. Consultants search and recruit the candidate that you need, exclusively and comprehensively. Recruiting information or job description is not released to the public or any source. Cases of mismatched candidates are limited, as consultants maintain contact with the client throughout the search. We charge retainer fees several times over the course of a contract until placement.
On the other hand, Contingency Search is based on a contingent fee system. There is no cost until a candidate is successfully placed. With Exclusive Contingency, consultants are searching for candidates exclusively until that person is found. Although the fee is the same as a standard Contingency Search, reporting and listing services are not included. |
