| MRI Japan has flexible 4 forms of contract, meaning that we strive to accomodate the needs of our clients. |
|
 |
| Retained Search |
Our retainer search service, including sourcing candidates and negotiations, will be provided based on the retainer fee. This is the type of search service that is suitable for the key positions of your personnel policy. It is also possible to name a specific person who your company needs, so we could negotiate and assist him/her to potentiallymaking a move. |
| Semi-Retain Search |
Although guaranteeing the same quality as Retained Search, fees are only incurred according to pre-set deliverables, which consultants commit to at the start of the search. |
| Contingency Search |
Our contingency search service will be provided based on the contingency fee system, which is common type of service in Japan. Clients will be responsible for the payment at the time a candidate accepts a job offer. |
| Exclusive Contingency |
An agreement that allows consultants to perform Contingency Search exclusively. It has both the advantages of Retained Search and Contingency Search. |

|
The most essential advantage of Retained Search is an exclusive relationship. MRINetworkTM consultants search and recruit the candidate that you need, exclusively and comprehensively. Recruiting information or job descriptions are not released to the public or any third party source. Cases of mismatched candidates are limited, as consultants maintain contact with the client throughout the search. We charge retainer fees at specific intervals over the course of a contract until placement.
On the other hand, Contingency Search is based on a contingency fee system. There is no cost until a candidate is successfully placed. With Exclusive Contingency, consultants are searching for candidates exclusively until that person is found. Although the fee is the same as a standard Contingency Search, reporting and listing services are not included.
